Witness Your Signature On Documents
Our Notary Public appointed by the Hong Kong High Court has the authority under the law of Hong Kong to be an official witness for signing legal and other documents for use and acceptance overseas and outside Hong Kong.
Our Notary Public has to understand the nature of the required documentation and the identification and procedures for official legal documents. Witnessing signature on documents is a form of notarial act of the Notary Public.
Common documents that need to be signed in the presence of a witness or witnesses e.g. Power of Attorney (POA), sale and purchase of property documents, quit claim deed, agreement, etc.
After checking the documents to be signed, and checking the identity of the signatory of the documents and witnessing the signing, our Notary Public has to sign to confirm the witnessing of the documents has been completed properly and affix his official seal and chop on the documents for use and acceptance overseas and outside Hong Kong.
