HK Notary Public & Apostille Services for Power of Attorney (POA) for use in Brazil
Case study
A HK private company needs to participate in an equity transaction in relation to its subsidiary enrolled with the Corporate Registry of Legal Entities (CNPJ/MF) in Brazil, and has to authorize its manager to handle the transaction before the Federal, State or Municipal bodies in Brazil by way of a Power of Attorney (POA).
Our HK notary public has to issue Notarial Certificate to certify the signing of the POA by the HK company's authorized representative in HK and arranged for apostilled of the Notarial Certificate enclosed with the signed POA by the HK High Court.
