Chow & Cheung, Hong Kong Notary Public & Solicitors & China Appointed Attesting Officers (CAAO) have substantial experience in providing notarisation, apostille services for individual and corporate clients.
What is Apostille of Documents?
An Apostille is a statement placed on a public document or documents notarized by Notary Public pursuant to the 1969 Hague Convention abolishing the requirement for legalisation of foreign documents.
An apostille verifies the country of origin of the document, the identity of the signature/seals/stamps which appear on the document and the capacity in which the person signing the document has acted.
We can provide apostille services for public or notarised documents.
You need to check with the receiving authority of the documents as to their requirements in order to ensure whether apostille is required and to ensure appropriate service is provided for your notarized or public documents to be accepted.
Please allow two standard business working days for collection of a notarised or public document with apostille.
