• Beware of suspicious transaction records by checking bank statements on a regular basis and pay attention to transaction notifications or messages issued by bank through SMS or other channels
• Avoid the use of public Wifi for making mobile payment
• Be prudent when providing sensitive information or personal data on website for online shopping through mobile apps e.g. credit card information, bank account details, etc

• Fraudulent transactions are common and this lead to risk of financial loss of customers and possible claim against E-Commerce business owner
• Being made victim of theft of confidential and sensitive information and personal data e.g bank account details
