Apostille of Documents
The Hague Convention of January 1965 decreed that some documents used in foreign countries would no longer require further legalisation by the embassy or consulate of the countries where the foreign documents are to be used Provided that they had an Apostille certificate attached to the notarized or public documents.
Some countries, however, will still require legalisation by their embassy or consulate eg India, Indonesia, Myanmar etc
You can click on the following link for a list of countries that have abolished the requirement of legalisation for public or notarized documents
https://www.hcch.net/…/instrumen…/conventions/status-table/…
You need to check with the receiving authority of the documents as to their requirements in order to ensure whether apostille is required and appropriate service is provided for your notarized or public documents to be accepted.
Please allow two standard business working days for collection of a notarized document with apostille.
