A marrying couple would like to get married in Australia but they would like to sign the Notice of Intended Marriage under the Marriage Act 1961 in Hong Kong.

Documents that the marrying couple will need to bring to the appointment:
1) The completed Notice of Intended Marriage (Please do not sign it)
2) Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card/ Passport
*If the party is not Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card holder, please bring passport showing the employment visa / landing slip issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department showing lawful entry into Hong Kong.
3) Address Proof (Utility bills of recent 3 months)
