Resealing of UK Grant of Probate in HK
If the deceased left assets in HK (eg bank account balance, securities, company shares, etc) and the Grant of Probate with Will referred to therein has been issued by the High Court of Justice England and Wales to the executors, then we can assist the executors to apply to the HK Probate Registry of the HK High Court for resealing of the UK Grant of Probate.
Upon the issue of the resealed UK Grant of Probate by the HK Probate Registry, the executors can then deal with the estate of the Deceased left in HK.
