HK Private Company Restoration Services
Case study
A HK private company had applied for deregistration as it had ceased operation, and has then been dissolved.
After dissolution of the company, the bank informed the director that there was still some money in the bank account held by the company immediately before its dissolution.
The money would become vested in the HK Government as bona vacantia.
To recover the money, application will have to be made to the HK High Court for restoration of the HK private company.
